CFA's publications department currently produces three publications, the Online Almanac, the CatTalk
Almanac, and our flagship publication, the CFA Yearbook.
The CFA Yearbook
The first CFA Yearbook was published in 1958, in 1973 it was expanded to a large (9" x 12") hard cover
designer edition and in 2003 Yearbook was redesigned as an 8-1/2" x 11" format. The YEARBOOK is published annually with the
continuing history of CFA and exceptional pictures of the finest pedigreed cats in the world.
The CFA Yearbook contains the current CFA Constitution; award winners; Grand Champions, Grand Premiers
and Distinguished Merits; interesting articles and feature stories by breeders, research scientists, and veterinarians;

CatTalk Almanac
CatTalk Almanac began publication in November of 2011, and is a bi-monthly magazine that captures the
many voices of CFA. With its first-person view,
CatTalk Almanac serves as the heart and soul of the CFA exhibitor. Through its intent as a member-driven publication,
CatTalk Almanac is dedicated to reflecting the organization's diverse membership and wide range of interests.

The Online Almanac

eNewsletter
CFA produces a monthly eNewsletter that is available for free to anyone who subscribes. It is published on the 15th of each month and is emailed to subscribers. It includes news of interest to active breeders, exhibitors, CFA club members, show committees, clerks, judges, breed council members and everyone else seriously involved in CFA.

Cat Fanciers' Almanac
The Cat Fanciers' Almanac was directed to serious breeders and exhibitors of pedigreed cats. As the official bi--monthly
publication of CFA, it contained the official records of the Association; schedules of upcoming shows and the results of
shows held under the Association's rules; articles on breeding, health and care, and showing; highlights of new
Grand Champions/Premiers, and sires and dams reaching the Distinguished Merit level; national and regional award winners;
commercial and breeder advertising.
The Cat Fanciers' Almanac ceased publication with the October/November 2007 issue.
