The CFA White Pages will be included in the Online Almanac. This is your chance to BE INCLUDED! Even if you filled out a form for the 2012 White Pages, you must still fill out this form to be included in the 2013 White Pages. Listings are not automatically carried over from the previous year. You will be listed automatically ONLY if you are a Breed Council Member, CFA Clerk, CFA Judge or Club Secretary (if your information has changed, fill out this form to guarantee that we have your most current address, phone number, email address, etc.)
